L2: The second part of Lucifer's intended trilogy is called Empuraan. The movie is set after its sequel, when Kerala politics are in a terrible state.
Like other politicians, Jatin Ramdas became corrupt after taking office as Kerala's chief minister. He teamed up with a prominent central government politician as a result of this corruption and his desire for greater authority.
People hope that Stephen Nedumpally will return since the political system is in crisis. One of the movie's plotlines is established by whether the man will come back and put things back in balance.

After directing Lucifer and Bro Daddy, Prithviraj Sukumaran is directing L2E for the third time. Murali Gopy wrote the political action thriller, while Deepak Dev composed the music and soundtracks.
Akhilesh Mohan handled the editing for the movie, while Sujith Vaassudev handled the cinematography.
