After an 8-week successful theatrical run, Saiyaara was previously anticipated to debut on OTT in late September 2025.
According to the most recent information, the report also implies that the Saiyaara team is negotiating with Netflix to guarantee a 90-day theatrical run for the film directed by Mohit Suri. After that, it will postpone its OTT release until October 2025, Diwali.
Eight weeks typically elapse between a film's theatrical release and its over-the-top (OTT) streaming. It will extend the theatrical run of Yash Raj Films' production.
Saiyaara, which was released on July 18, 2025, has been doing remarkably well at the box office. Just four days after its release, the Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda film broke the Rs 100 crore club, and in just six days, it has surpassed the Rs 150 crore mark. The film has been well-received by moviegoers, who are praising the on-screen chemistry between the leads and the performances of both actors. Saiyaara is the first time that Ahaan and Aneet have starred in a Hindi film.
