Salman Khan's 'Sikandar' continues to make its mark at the box office, collecting ₹35 lakh on its 13th day. This brings the film's total earnings to an impressive ₹108.15 crore since its release on March 30, 2025, coinciding with the festive occasion of Eid.
Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, 'Sikandar' features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead, alongside a supporting cast that includes Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Babbar. The film's release was met with high expectations, given its extensive rollout across over 5,000 screens in India, making it one of the most significant releases in recent times.

Despite the strong opening, 'Sikandar' has faced stiff competition from other releases, notably Sunny Deol's 'Jaat.' Additionally, the film has received mixed reviews from both critics and audiences. While Salman Khan's action sequences and screen presence have been praised, some viewers have pointed out issues with the film's plot and the noticeable age gap between Khan and his co-star Rashmika Mandanna.
Addressing the age difference criticism, Salman Khan remarked, "Phir vo bolte hain 31 years ka difference hai heroine aur mujh mein, arre jab heroine ko problem nahi hai, heroine ke papa ko dikkat nahi hai, tumko kyun dikkat hai bhai?" This translates to, "They say there's a 31-year age gap between me and the heroine. But if the heroine has no problem, and even her father has no issue, why do you have a problem?"

In its opening weekend, 'Sikandar' garnered ₹30 crore on the first day, with subsequent collections bringing the total to ₹105.89 crore by the end of the second day. This performance, while commendable, places it behind some of Salman Khan's previous Eid releases, such as 'Bharat' and 'Sultan,' which had higher opening figures.
As 'Sikandar' continues its theatrical run, it remains to be seen how the film will fare in the coming weeks, especially with new releases on the horizon and the ongoing audience feedback influencing its box office trajectory.
