Gigi Hadid enjoys experimenting with her appearance! People were "freaking out" when the model channelled silver blonde hair at the Le Grand Dîner du Louvre in Paris back in March. Hadid, however, disclosed that her makeover was a hoax.
When she appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on April 8, she told host Jimmy Fallon, "It was a wig." The supermodel recalled enjoying the reactions of others while channelling her fake silver-blonde hair. "Everyone was freaking out," she continued.
As it happens, the ensemble was especially chosen for the Paris gala! As she described the look, the creator of Guest in Residence disclosed that she was wearing two Moschino gowns that had been "Frankenstein'ed together" for the occasion.
She went on to say, "Sometimes you just have to go there with the whole thing." Hadid was sporting her typical dark blond hairstyle when she appeared on the talk show. With a blue shirt tucked into formal trousers and a sleek bun with a flick framing her face, she went for a stylish look.
Hadid wore a glittering silver and gold gown made by combining several Moschino dresses at the fundraising gala in support of the exhibit at the Louvre Museum. Her silver bob hairstyle, which generated a lot of buzz, matched the asymmetrical patterns on the long gown.
Hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos was responsible for the silver hairstyle. In keeping with the gold accents on her gown, the model wore golden jewellery. She also thought back on her recent trip to Mediaeval Times in New Jersey with her daughter Khai, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik.
"Khai became really involved. She said, "She ate so much chicken!" The proud mother went on to say that the weapons and the style of the Mediaeval Times did not make her daughter anxious. Hadid remembered, "She was rocking on."
