One of the world's most prominent fashion shows is the Met Gala. Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, and other Bollywood stars have previously drawn attention to the event. It's time for the King to appear now. According to reports, Shah Rukh Khan will attend the massive event for the first time wearing an ensemble designed by Sabyasachi, a designer commemorating 25 years in business.
Shah Rukh Khan is preparing to attend his first Met Gala in 2025, according to the well-known Instagram fashion account Diet Sabya. According to reports, Sabyasachi Mukherjee, who this year marked the 25th anniversary of his label, will create his attire for the important event.
"Yes, that is indeed SRK, India's undeniable generational superstar, making his Met Gala debut in May 2025, wearing Sabyasachi (India's biggest luxury brand)," the post stated.
It's interesting to note that SRK manager Pooja Dadlani liked the tweet, which fuelled more rumours.
At the 2024 Met Gala, Alia Bhatt dazzled in a floral, mint-green Sabyasachi saree. The actress attended the international event for the second time. People all throughout the world were quite appreciative of her appearance.
In regards to the Met Gala 2025, it is scheduled to occur at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on May 5. This year's dress code is "Tailored for You," and the theme is "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style." Co-chairs Pharrell Williams, Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, and Anna Wintour, while honorary co-chair is LeBron James.
Shah Rukh Khan, meanwhile, will shortly begin work on his next motion picture. He co-stars with Abhay Verma, Abhishek Bachchan, and Suhana Khan in the action thriller King. Siddharth Anand will direct the film. Our sources tell us that King visits floors in Mumbai in the middle of May. The second part of 2026 is when the producers hope to release it.
