Soha Ali Khan Responds to Nephew Ibrahim Ali Khan’s Debut Film Trolls
Soha Ali Khan shares her thoughts on nephew Ibrahim Ali Khan facing online trolling for his debut film, emphasizing the need to stay open to feedback and criticism.

Ibrahim Ali Khan, the son of Saif Ali Khan, debuted with Nadaaniyan in 2025. Ibrahim's performance was trolled, and the romantic comedy got some negative feedback. Soha Ali Khan, his aunt, has now responded to this. She said that one needs to continue working and be receptive to criticism.

Soha Ali Khan recently shared her thoughts on Ibrahim Ali Khan's trolling for Nadaaniyan in an interview with Nayandeep Rakshit. She asserted that having "thick skin" is crucial for those working in the entertainment sector. The actress revealed that anyone wishing to display their work on social media had to consider what other people thought, or else they could decide not to read their comments.

But sometimes, I think it's important to read the comments because you can't work in a vacuum, she said. You must be open to some criticism, improve your craft, and move on.

Soha Ali Khan further shared her belief that there was a lot of hate and negativity in the world. According to her, some people find joy in the failure of others. Additionally, the Chhorii 2 star believed that actors were "easy targets."

Soha thought that having an "armour" was the best way to handle such circumstances. "Don't isolate yourself from the outside world, and don't surround yourself with only positive people who will say nice things and act like yes-men," she continued.

She underlined the significance of not allowing the conclusion of a movie to "destroy" oneself. In closing, Soha stated that it was essential to pinpoint the areas that require improvement.

Ibrahim Ali Khan played Khushi Kapoor's opposite in Nadaaniyan. Crucial roles were also played by Suniel Shetty, Mahima Chaudhry, Dia Mirza, and Jugal Hansraj. Shauna Gautam made her directorial debut with the movie. Apoorva Mehta, Somen Mishra, and Karan Johar produced it. In March 2025, the romantic comedy made its Netflix debut.

On April 11, 2025, Soha Ali Khan's horror movie Chhorii 2 was made available on Amazon Prime Video.
