A List of Indian Cricket Players with the most numbers of wickets in T20I Format

In the first Twenty20 International of the three-match series, India defeated Bangladesh by a commanding seven wickets on Sunday in Gwalior. On Wednesday, October 9, at Arun Jaitley International Stadium in Delhi, the teams' second Twenty20 International encounter will take place. Arshdeep Singh, a top pacer for India, is aiming for a tremendous achievement in the second T20I.

In the first game of the series, India defeated Bangladesh handily, and Arshdeep was the star of the show. The left-arm seamer contributed to Bangladesh being bowled out for just 127 runs in 19.5 overs by taking 3 wickets for 14 runs in 3.5 overs.

With 86 wickets so far in T20Is, Arshdeep Singh ranks sixth in terms of Indian wicket totals. The 25-year-old must take two more wickets in his next match to move up to fourth place among Indian wicket-takers in the T20I format, behind Hardik Pandya (87 wickets).

The young and rising cricketer has impressed everyone by taking 86 wickets in 55 matches. 

6. Ravichandran Ashwin 
Ashwin, the right-arm off-spin bowler, is named with 72 wickets in 6 matches.

In the meantime, the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad will host the third Twenty20 International encounter between Bangladesh and India on Saturday, October 12.
