Vicky Kaushal to Play Lord Parashurama in Dinesh Vijan’s Next; Filming Starts November 2025

The most recent sources state that Kaushal will play Lord Parashurama in the movie, and that production would start in November 2025.

Bollywood Hungama reported that Vicky Kaushal was keen to commit to a big movie and that he was unable to resist the script that producer Dinesh Vijan showed him.

Vicky is playing Lord Parshuram in a big-budget movie that will be released soon. The actor signed the project right away after being captivated by the idea.

According to the source, pre-production will commence in January 2025, and the filmmakers intend to begin shooting in November of the same year.

According to a previous report, Dinesh Vijan is quite optimistic about Chhaava and has been really pleased with Vicky's performance in the movie. They went on to say that the impending endeavour is evidence of their deep faith in Chhaava.

According to the source, pre-production will start early in the upcoming year because the scope of the project necessitates a great deal of planning. "This is without a doubt the most ambitious project for Maddock and Vicky Kaushal," they said. Before production begins, the movie will need to be prepared for six to eight months.  

Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna are also anticipating the release of Chhaava. In order to prevent conflict with Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2, the film's makers have postponed its initial December 6, 2024 release date. The revised release date is still pending.

According to Pinkvilla, Chhaava, which is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, is anticipated to come in 2025's first quarter.

Alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, he will also feature in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War. According to a new Pinkvilla article, Bhansali and Ranbir started filming in November 2024. Sources claim that the shooting started in Mumbai on November 7.
