The makers of the Malayalam film "Sarkeet," which stars Asif Ali, Divya Prabha, and Deepak Parambol, recently released the much-awaited teaser. It appears that the film will examine difficult emotional subjects with tact.
A preview of a profoundly touching and beautiful tale about connection, compassion, and consequences is promised in the trailer. The film, which Thamar wrote and directed, will be released globally on May 8.
Asif Ali plays a man attempting to establish himself in a new city in the trailer. In the midst of job hunting and uncertainties, he finds a position as a shadow teacher, which is intended to help a hyperactive child named Orhan at school. Divya Prabha and Deepak Parambol, who play the child's overburdened parents, are in dire need of someone who can comprehend and control their son's erratic attitude.
But as time goes on, an improbable friendship between the two develops, with touching moments that suggest they may be able to heal one another. A tragic turn of events occurs just as this fragile bond is beginning to take shape, upending the lives of all the characters, particularly the parents, who are shown desperately looking for their child late at night.
With production design by Visvanathan Aravind, editing by Sangeeth Prathap, cinematography by Aeyaz, and music created by Govind Vasantha, the movie has a strong technical team.
"Sarkeet," which also stars Alexander Prashanth and Swathi Das Prabhu in important parts, is anticipated to be another smash from Asif Ali, who most recently starred in the popular investigative drama "Rekhachithram." 'Abyanthara Kuttavaali', Asif Ali's next movie, is also getting ready for release.
