Fans have been greatly anticipating the comic caper's updates. It appears that "Babu Bhaiya" has just hinted at Hera Pheri 3's release date.
Paresh Rawal just published the trailer for Andaz Apna Apna, which will be re-released in theatres on April 25, 2025, on X (Twitter). One internet user commented on the image today, April 8, stating, "We are waiting for Babu Bhai Mr. Teza," alluding to his different personas from Andaz Apna Apna and Hera Pheri.
In response, Rawal seems to refer to Hera Pheri 3's release date. He tweeted, "Very soon! Before the upcoming monsoon! It appears that the movie will be released before to the 2026 monsoon.
Pinkvilla provided exclusive details about Hera Pheri 3's filming schedule earlier in January. Priyadarshan will direct the movie. According to a person familiar with the situation, the director is now filming Bhooth Bangla, a horror comedy starring Akshay Kumar. By June 2025, he should have his VFX and post-production edit locked. According to the source, Priyadarshan would work on the Hera Pheri 3 script for a while before putting it on the stage.
