Los Angeles County deputies picked up 25-year-old Zenwilliam Robson after Jenner's security team flagged him in her neighbourhood, in what a source says is not his first attempt to reach her.
Kris Jenner's security team flagged a man loitering near her Calabasas property on Monday, and by evening he was in a Los Angeles County jail cell.
The Los Angeles Times identified him as 25-year-old Zenwilliam Robson. Deputies with the LA County Sheriff's Department arrested him after Jenner's security detained him in the neighbourhood, the paper confirmed. It's not clear whether Jenner was home at the time.
Robson has been booked on a single misdemeanor count, trespassing and refusing to leave private property, according to court records reviewed by the LA Times. He's currently held at Twin Towers Correctional Facility downtown and is due in court on September 22. Nobody has reached his representative for comment yet, and it's worth being precise here: a misdemeanor booking is not a conviction, and Robson has not been charged with stalking itself, at least not yet.
That said, this isn't being treated as a one-off. A source familiar with the case, speaking to the LA Times without authorisation to go on record, said Jenner's team already knew who Robson was and that he'd tried to contact the 70-year-old reality star and businesswoman before this week's incident. The LA Times frames this as a prior brush with the same man, not a first-time scare.
Jenner's representative declined to comment when asked by the paper.
What we don't know yet
The reporting so far leaves a fair bit open. There's no detail on when the earlier contact attempts happened, what form they took, or whether a restraining order was ever sought. The trespassing charge is also, on paper, a lighter one than what the security context suggests, security intervened, deputies were called, an arrest followed within the same neighbourhood where Jenner lives. Whether prosecutors add anything heavier before the September 22 court date is the thing to watch.
Jenner has spent three decades as the most recognisable name in the Kardashian-Jenner business, a fixture from Keeping Up With the Kardashians through to whatever the family is monetising this year. That visibility cuts both ways. It's built an empire, and it's also made her home address, her routines, her neighbourhood, more findable than most.
For now the case sits with the Los Angeles County court system. September 22 is the next date that matters.
