No YouTube premiere. No countdown clock. Rajshri Productions and Himesh Reshammiya are launching the music of Yeh Prem Mol Liya the old-fashioned way, with a live concert at Mumbai's Royal Opera House on September 20.

According to Bollywood Hungama, Reshammiya will perform on stage with close to 25 musicians that evening, and the title track gets its first public airing right there, not on a phone screen. The show starts at 5.30 pm. The makers have billed it as a chance to, in their words, "experience the emotions" of the film live, rather than through a scroll-and-forget upload.

It's a deliberate throwback for a house that built its identity on family music. Sooraj R. Barjatya's films have always leaned on their soundtracks to carry emotional weight, and putting Reshammiya on a real stage with a full ensemble is Rajshri leaning into that history rather than away from it.

Reshammiya has composed seven songs for Yeh Prem Mol Liya, and the brief, per Bollywood Hungama, was to keep them simple and soulful rather than loud or trend-chasing, in line with the sound Barjatya's films are known for. This is also a reunion. Reshammiya last scored music for a Barjatya film with Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and this is the first time the two are working together since.

The film itself carries its own bit of trivia. Yeh Prem Mol Liya marks the first time Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari will share the screen as a lead pair, an unusual combination on paper for a Rajshri family entertainer, given Khurrana's filmography has largely run on subject-driven, urban stories rather than the joint-family dramas this banner is known for.

The film is produced by Rajshri Productions in association with Mahaveer Jain Films, directed by Barjatya, and is scheduled to open in theatres on November 27. That gives the makers a little over two months between the concert and release day, roughly the window Rajshri has traditionally used to let its music seep into audiences before the film itself arrives.

Whether a live orchestra evening moves the needle the way a viral song drop does is an open question, and one the trade will be watching closely once the title track is out in the wild. For now, September 20 is the date to circle, and the next real marker is what that title track actually sounds like once it leaves the Royal Opera House.
