Andhar releases in theatres on Friday, 23 October 2026, in 7 days. It is a Bengali film.
In an isolated house where flowers wilt at a touch and time refuses to move in a straight line, a fragile young widow begins a new life, with a much older husband, she can't quite trust - haunted by warnings, watched by something patient, and carrying a secret that isn't only her own. When an impossible death draws a sharp-witted detective into the house's orbit, he finds a place that bends memory, guards an ancient purpose, and refuses to let anyone leave unchanged. What waits beneath is older than the walls, and the answer, when it comes at dawn, will reach further than anyone expects.

Ranbir Kapoor's Ramayana: Part One drops its first trailer on October 15, 2026, sparking debate over its potential Diwali opening. Predictions hover around Rs. 60-65 crores, but fans demand more — citing the film’s scale and comparing it to Dhurandhar 2's Rs. 75 crore start.
Salman Khan’s take on Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar performance goes viral
Dhurandhar The Revenge premieres on Star Gold October 18 at 7 PM — the first major Hindi film to claim Dussehra as its TV premiere window in years. Ranveer Singh returns as the titular spy, now back for a sequel that’s already been trimmed by the CBFC for broadcast: 45 to 50 cuts ordered, with a U/A 16+ version running 10 minutes shorter than the theatrical cut. That’s not a footnote — it’s thenew
Dhurandhar: The Revenge is the only Hindi film in 2026 to cross ₹1,800 crore worldwide — and it’s not even close. Sacnilk puts its total at ₹1,813.39 crore, with ₹1,375.39 crore from India alone. That’s more than double the next highest film, Border 2, which sits at ₹450 crore worldwide. The gap isn’t just big. It’s absurd. And yet, it makes sense.
