Antilia's Ganpati night has a way of turning into an unofficial couples' red carpet, and September 14 was no different. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor walked in together, and so did Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan, and Genelia D'Souza with Riteish Deshmukh. Nita Ambani hosted, greeting the paparazzi lined up outside personally, according to Rediff.

Bhatt went cool-toned in a custom Masaba Gupta saree, metallic ice-blue with woven detailing, paired with an off-shoulder corset blouse done up in embroidery. Polki drop earrings did the rest of the talking. Kapoor kept it simple next to her, a navy kurta set with a cream floral-threaded Nehru jacket over it, the kind of outfit that reads as effort without trying too hard.

Kaif went the other direction on colour, an olive-green flared Anarkali with a dupatta carrying Rajasthani mirror work and tassels. Kaushal matched her energy in ivory-and-gold chikankari, understated next to the embroidery on her outfit.

Kareena Kapoor Khan showed up in a mustard Anamika Khanna Anarkali with a gold zari border, a layered pearl necklace pulling the whole look together. Saif Ali Khan went traditional, red kurta over a white dhoti, with sons Taimur and Jehangir and sister-in-law Karisma Kapoor also in the frame, per Rediff's coverage of the arrivals.

A few others rounded out the guest list. Kiara Advani came in blush-pink Chanderi with an emerald-and-diamond choker that did the heavy lifting. Sidharth Malhotra kept it easy in an ivory short kurta with floral threadwork. Genelia D'Souza's teal-and-mint lehenga, finished with a metallic-gold hem, was arguably the boldest colour play of the night, and Riteish Deshmukh went the opposite way in a charcoal bandhgala jacket.

The Ambanis' Ganesh Chaturthi gathering has become one of those fixed points on the festive calendar where half of Bollywood turns up in one frame, and this year's edition leaned hard into the couple-spotting angle, something that's been a running theme through the week already given Bhatt and Kapoor's recent Ganpati sighting elsewhere. Antilia's Ganpati idol goes through visarjan in the coming days, which usually means one more round of arrivals and one more round of outfit comparisons before the festival wraps for the season.
