Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10’s pay scale has leaked — and it’s tiered like a corporate ladder. According to Vikatan, contestants are being paid in three brackets: ₹35,000–40,000 per day for established names like actress Lakshmi Priya and actor Vinod. ₹25,000–30,000 for mid-tier talent. And ₹10,000–20,000 for newcomers. The top tier includes actors with years of screen experience, but not all of them lasted long enough to cash in.

Lakshmi Priya and Vinod are reportedly in the highest bracket. So is Shabnath, though she was evicted on Day 1. No salary, no exit bonus.

Then there’s Raghav, who entered the house but never stayed past a few days. His pay? Only for the time he actually spent inside. Same goes for Black Pandi, who left after a week due to health issues. He didn’t even make it to the first eviction.

And then came Anandi, she joined after a week, only to leave again when her father passed away. Her payout? Just for the days she was in the house.

The show also handed out the prize money early. The ‘Money Box’ task was completed within a month. Actor Kumaran took the full ₹5 lakh and walked out. His final pay? The five lakhs plus daily wages for the days he was in the house.

Even host Vijay Sethupathi’s fee is said to have jumped. No exact figure, but sources say it’s a noticeable increase.

So what does this mean? A reality show that’s been running for ten seasons is now paying like a high-stakes production, but only if you survive. And if you don’t? You get nothing. Not even a thank-you.

The next episode airs Thursday morning.
