Shijin walked into Bigg Boss Malayalam season 8 as a wildcard who cleared an entry trial, and the house has been arguing about him ever since. The latest voice in that argument belongs to Sai Krishna, a former contestant on the show, who says Shijin's game inside the house isn't really his own.

In a video doing the rounds, Sai Krishna claims Shijin is playing a script handed to him by a PR team, not instinct. His specific complaint is about a recent luxury task, where he says Shijin pulled what he called "A-class dirty play," chasing a chocolate photograph purely on ego rather than actually competing for it.

His bigger charge is about the edit. Sai Krishna says the channel deliberately kept the worst of Shijin's task behaviour off the broadcast, protecting him with what he calls a soft-corner edit. He draws a direct line to Jinto, a contestant from an earlier season, saying the same thing happened there. According to Sai Krishna, Jinto's uglier moments in the house were similarly left out, while only the sympathetic bits made it to television. He says he knows this because he lived through that season himself.

Sai Krishna extends the comparison to Anu as well, describing an isolation strategy paired with erratic behaviour that he says Malayali viewers, in his words, will see through immediately if they pay attention.

On the specifics of the task, he says fellow housemates made a mistake by letting Shijin play it at all, arguing that Sreelakshmi Arakkal taking his spot would have avoided the controversy entirely. Ragesh, by his account, played the same task well and walked away having actually won things, while Shijin, despite all the drama, came away with nothing. Sai Krishna calls the food wastage during the task deliberate, aimed at manufacturing content and playing the victim rather than competing.

The most pointed part of his video names no one directly but points fingers anyway. Sai Krishna suggests Shijin's PR is being handled by someone called Vinu, whom he says has gone off the grid, phone switched off, not answering calls or messages. He addresses Vinu directly in the video, asking him to switch his phone back on and check his messages, and adds that this season's approach seems to be operating from underground rather than appearing in public the way PR handlers usually do.

None of this is confirmed by the Bigg Boss production or by Shijin himself, and Sai Krishna's claims remain his own reading of events rather than anything the channel has acknowledged. Whether the makers respond to the scripted-game allegation, or whether Vinu turns his phone back on, is the thing to watch over the next few episodes.
