The film, which reimagines Maa Durga’s battle with Mahishasura as an animated epic, arrives hot on the heels of Mahavatar Narsimha’s box office thunder.
This isn’t just a sequel in spirit, it’s a spiritual successor. A temple bell ringing in the age of CGI. And yes, it’s coming to theatres worldwide in February 2027. That’s not a typo.

Gaurav Malhotra of Artha Entertainment and Animation says they’re not chasing trends. They’re chasing tradition. With paintbrushes, not algorithms. Over 150 animators hand-drew every frame.
