Ranabaali Box Office Day 14: Vijay Deverakonda-Rashmika Film Nears ₹79 Crore Worldwide

Ranabaali is inching toward the ₹79 crore worldwide mark, but it's getting there one weak weekday at a time. The Vijay Deverakonda-Rashmika Mandanna period drama collected an estimated ₹95 lakh net in India on Thursday, October 29, its 14th day in theatres, according to early figures from Sacnilk reported by Filmibeat on October 30.

That Thursday number takes the film's cumulative India net to ₹57.30 crore and the domestic gross to ₹66.55 crore. Overseas added roughly ₹15 lakh on the day, pushing the cumulative overseas gross to ₹12.35 crore. Add it up and Ranabaali's worldwide gross stands at approximately ₹78.90 crore after two weeks.

The trajectory tells its own story. The film's second week has brought in just ₹12.10 crore domestically, against ₹45.20 crore in its opening seven days. The second Friday opened at ₹2.10 crore, climbed to ₹2.80 crore on Saturday and ₹2.90 crore on Sunday, then slid through the weekdays: ₹1.25 crore Monday, ₹1.10 crore Tuesday, ₹1 crore Wednesday, and now ₹95 lakh on Thursday. Each day has been a little softer than the last.

Filmibeat's report frames the coming weekend, which begins Friday, October 30, as the number that matters most now. Whether Ranabaali can hold screens into a third week depends on whether it can arrest a slide that's been running since the second Friday.

The film pairs Deverakonda and Mandanna for the first time since 2019's Dear Comrade, and their first project together since they married earlier this year. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan and set against the Great Madras Famine of 1876, it also stars Arnold Vosloo and comes from Mythri Movie Makers, with Gulshan Kumar, Bhushan Kumar and T-Series presenting. Ajay-Atul scored the music.
