Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar performance got a rare stamp of approval from Salman Khan — on camera, in the first episode of Koffee With Karan Season 9. The megastar didn’t just praise the actor. He dissected the shift in style with precision. 'He had to control his energy,' Salman said, noting that Ranveer had to rein in the ‘larger-than-life’ persona he’s known for. 'All that big time.' The line landed hard, not because it was unexpected, but because it came from someone who’s seen every version of Bollywood bravado. And now, it’s trending across platforms. No mention of Animal, no comparison game. Just a quiet nod: Ranveer held back, and it worked. The clip’s already gone viral. But what happens next? The film’s release is still under wraps. No date. No trailer. Just this one moment, hanging in the air. And fans are waiting.
