Udta Teer’s soundtrack just got a major upgrade. The film’s latest track, ‘Choozay’, dropped today — featuring a rare triple collaboration between Sachin-Jigar, Emiway Bantai, and Ayushmann Khurrana. Composed by the duo, the song sees Jigar Saraiya stepping into the spotlight as a lead vocalist for the first time in a high-profile project, lending his voice to a track that blends Bollywood composition with contemporary hip-hop energy. Emiway Bantai contributes his signature rap, adding a sharp, rhythmic edge that pushes the song beyond conventional film music. The release marks another reunion between Sachin-Jigar and Ayushmann Khurrana, who previously worked together on Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, where Ayushmann lent his voice to the hit ‘Maafi’. This time around, the musical chemistry is deeper: Jigar isn’t just composing, he’s performing, and doing so alongside a rapper known for his bold lyrical style. According to Jigar Saraiya, the collaboration felt like a natural return. “There’s always something exciting about coming back together with Ayushmann because we’ve shared a really fun musical journey over the years,” he said. “With ‘Choozay’, we wanted to do something that felt fresh and had a completely different energy.” The track was teased ahead of its release and positioned as one of the more energetic numbers in the album. It’s not just a song. It’s a pivot. With Jigar now singing, Emiway rapping, and Ayushmann rejoining the fold, ‘Choozay’ adds a new layer to Udta Teer’s evolving identity. The film itself releases in two weeks. If this track is any indication, the soundtrack might be the real star before the curtain even rises.
