Hayden Panettiere’s Death Ruled Accidental Fentanyl Overdose

Hayden Panettiere, 36, was found unresponsive in Greenville, South Carolina on Aug 16. The coroner’s report lists fentanyl, 4‑ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine, and classifies the death as an accidental overdose.
