Drishyam 3 has completed its 30-day theatrical run, wrapping up with a worldwide gross of ₹587.95 crore — a figure that marks it as a major commercial success, even if it fell short of the ₹650–700 crore projections that followed its strong opening weekend. The film, starring Ajay Devgn in the lead role and directed by Abhishek Pathak, earned ₹376 crore net in India, equivalent to ₹443.71 crore gross, while pulling in ₹144.24 crore from overseas markets.
According to Koimoi’s breakdown, the movie was reportedly made on a budget of ₹110 crore, meaning it generated a net profit of ₹266 crore over the course of its run, a return on investment of 241.82%. That performance qualifies it as a ‘super duper hit’ under the outlet’s criteria. The film’s momentum slowed after the initial surge, but consistent collections kept it in theatres through its fifth Saturday, day 30.
Still, the ₹600 crore milestone remains out of reach. The reason? Ramayana, another high-profile release, is set to open on November 5, a date that will effectively end Drishyam 3’s box office life. The film was produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Ajit Andhare, and Alok Jain under Panorama Studios and Star Studio18.
