Elizabeth Holmes isn’t the only one making headlines from You Can See Everything. The turkey jerky she eats in a scene filmed at Federal Prison Camp Bryan has become an unlikely sensation, sparking a sales surge that’s left even the brand’s team stunned. According to TMZ and Toofab, Think Jerky — a small, self-funded, employee-owned company, has seen Sriracha Honey Turkey Jerky sales jump 345% since the film’s release.

Amazon listings for the flavor alone have surged by 93%. The spike follows a moment in the documentary where Holmes, now a convicted fraudster serving her sentence, casually mentions the jerky as her favorite food outside prison chow. It wasn’t part of any promotional plan. No one on the brand’s side knew they’d be featured.

A representative told TMZ the whole thing has been “a bit of a whirlwind.” They described the sudden attention as surreal: jerky is selling out in stores, fans are dressing up as Think Jerky for Halloween, and the product is fast becoming a fixture in pop culture conversations. The Sriracha Honey variant, crafted by Chicago chef Gale Gand, is the standout.

Its rise mirrors the film’s own momentum, a mix of awkwardness, emotional weight, and bizarre intimacy that’s drawn audiences into its orbit. Nathan Fielder’s direction, known for blurring lines between reality and performance, may have created something unintended: a snack with a story. And while Holmes’ presence anchors the film’s intrigue, it’s the quiet detail of what she eats, a simple bag of spicy-sweet turkey jerky, that’s now the real talking point.

No one saw this coming. Not the filmmakers. Not the brand. Not the audience.

But if you can see everything, maybe you should’ve noticed the jerky first.
