The Social Reckoning Bombs: 77% Less Than Original in 4 Days, Box Office Collapse Confirmed
Aaron Sorkin’s directorial debut, The Social Reckoning, has earned just $5.5 million in its first four days across North America — 77% less than The Social Network’s $24.3 million in the same period. The film, starring Jeremy Strong and Jeremy Allen White, opened with $4.9 million and dropped 56% on Monday, landing at eighth place. It’s now seen as one of the weakest debuts in recent history.
